SHIPPING & RETURNS
All jewelry is handmade from scratch. We source the highest quality materials and each piece is made to order, with love and care. Processing and making your order can take up to 10 working days. We will inform you as soon as the item has been dispatched.
Custom orders can take up to 21 working days to process and to make, depending on your order and availability of the materials that you select. We will be in contact throughout the process and you will be informed when your items is ready for your confirmation before it is dispatched.
The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the item and on where you wish to send your order.
Shipping within Greece will take approximately 2-3 Business Days. Orders are sent with Geniki Taxidromiki.
We offer two options for shipping depending on your needs: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping with UPS.
The standard shipping is the local first class method of shipping and can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to come depending on where you are. The express option is with UPS and can take anywhere between 3-5 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.
We ship to the following countries:
Zone 1: Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey
Zone 2: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Zone 3: The Rest of the World
Transit times to some remote areas or islands may be longer. While we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, delivery may be affected by an event out of our control in which case we will not be responsible for any delay.
Please note that F Zeen Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
Deliveries to some countries may be subject to import duties, customs charges and local taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict the amount. As the recipient of the order, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. This will not be refunded in the event that the articles are returned.
Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Once your order is shipped we will contact you with tracking details and estimated delivery times.

How To Return Items
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days after the receipt of the order. A refund of the value of the Product will be made or an exchange for the same Product in a different size or colour based on availability.
Please email email@example.com including your order number, your name and which item/s you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm. Send us the details of the company that you will use to carry out the return (at your own cost) and send us the tracking number so that we can monitor its progress. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the item and, if everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
If you wish to exchange your Product for the same item in a different size or colour, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +30 26710 31419 to reserve the correct size or colour, if available. Once we receive the returned merchandise we will ship the new item/s.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the order for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.
We will process refunds for returned orders as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product back from you. We will refund you for returned orders by the method originally used by you to pay for the order or this Contract (such as PayPal, debit or credit card). If you used vouchers to pay for the Product we will refund you in vouchers.
