E-SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms will apply to any Contract (as defined below) between us for the sale of Products to you. Please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you understand them before ordering any Products from our site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site. We recommend printing a copy of these Terms for future reference.
We may amend these Terms from time to time, so please review them each time you wish to order Products to ensure you understand the terms that will apply at that time. We reserve the right to vary these Terms without notice to you, with updated terms uploaded to our site.
These Terms and any contract between us will be conducted exclusively in English.
Consumer Rights:
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Products from our site. If you are not a consumer or are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind any such entity.
Product Information:
Images of Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy in displaying colours, your computer's display may not accurately reflect the colours of the Products. Actual Products may vary slightly from the images.
All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements on our site are approximate. The Products delivered to you will match the model you ordered, except where differences are clearly disclosed before you place your order.
Order Process:
Our e-shop pages will guide you through the steps to place an order. You can review and amend any errors before submitting your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. Please note this acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. The contract between us is formed upon our sending of the Dispatch Confirmation.
Delivery times and charges vary based on product availability and your location. We may deliver your order in instalments without additional cost if we cannot deliver the entire order at once due to operational reasons or stock shortages. If we cannot supply a Product (e.g., due to stock unavailability or pricing errors), we will notify you by email and refund your payment promptly if already made.
Pricing and Charges:
Product prices may change, but changes will not affect orders already placed unless there is a pricing error, in which case we will contact you. Prices include applicable VAT at the current rate in Greece. If the VAT rate changes between your order date and delivery date, we will adjust the VAT accordingly.
Delivery charges are specified during checkout before you confirm your order. For replacement Products within the EU, delivery is free for consumers. Outside the EU, you are responsible for delivery charges and any applicable import duties or taxes.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following secure payment methods are available for online purchases:
- PayPal: Selecting this option at checkout directs you to the PayPal site to complete your payment securely. You can choose to 'Log In' to your PayPal account or pay directly using your debit or credit card without needing to sign up for a PayPal account. Please review the payment amount before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected back to our site.
- Credit or Debit Card: We accept the following cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Your card details are encrypted and securely processed to ensure your personal information is protected. We adhere to GDPR regulations to safeguard your data and maintain strict privacy standards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days after the receipt of the order. We offer refunds or exchanges for the same Product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Conditions for Returns:
- Jewellery items must be returned in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if items are soiled.
- All Products must be returned unused with original tags attached. Damaged or soiled returns may be refused and returned to you.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions in our Shipping & Returns policy. Contact us at boutique@fzeenretreats.com with your order number, name, and details of the item/s you wish to return. Please provide the details of the shipping company you intend to use for the return (at your own cost) and the tracking number for monitoring.
Return Process:
- We will confirm receipt via email and proceed with a refund or exchange after inspecting the returned item/s.
- For exchanges of the same item in a different size or colour, please contact us to reserve the correct item, if available.
- For exchanges to a different item, return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. We will refund the amount using the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, debit or credit card). Voucher payments will be refunded in vouchers.
Additional Information:
For replacement Products within the EU, delivery is free for consumers. Outside the EU, you are responsible for delivery charges and any applicable import duties or taxes.
CANCELLATION UNDER THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS
As a consumer (not a business) based in the EU, in addition to any rights to return or exchange Products as set out in the 'Returns & Exchanges' section, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under current Greek and EU consumer legislation. This right allows you to cancel your order or Contract for any reason within 14 days after receiving the Product.
How to Cancel:
To cancel an order or Contract, please email us at boutique@fzeenretreats.com, providing all details of your order. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email, provided it complies with these Terms.
Returning the Product:
If the Product has already been delivered to you, you must return it to us promptly and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for our return address.
Refunds:
Upon cancellation under Greek and EU consumer legislation, we will refund you the price paid for the Products. However, we may reduce your refund to account for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.
We will process refunds for cancelled orders promptly and no later than 14 business days after receiving the returned Product. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, such as PayPal, debit or credit card. If vouchers were used for payment, we may issue a refund in vouchers.
Exclusions:
Underwear, swimming costumes, and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached to be eligible for cancellation under Greek and EU consumer legislation.
Return Costs:
Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning any cancelled Products to us.
DELIVERY
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date after sending the Dispatch Confirmation. Please note that occasional events beyond our control may impact delivery times, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Completion of Delivery:
Delivery of your Order is considered complete when we deliver the Products to the address you specified. From that moment, the Products become your responsibility. If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave a note requesting you to contact us to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Consumer Rights for Delayed Delivery:
If you are a consumer and your ordered Products are not delivered within 30 days from placing your order (or the agreed-upon date, if explicitly stated before acceptance of your order), you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund under our cancellation procedure (refer to our 'Cancellation' section). Ownership of the Products transfers to you once full payment, including all applicable delivery charges, is received by us.
Import Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your delivery address, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed when the delivery reaches your destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You are responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the country where the Products are to be delivered. We are not liable for any breaches of such laws by you.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you have returned Products to us because they are faulty, we will refund the full price of the Products, including any applicable delivery charges, and reimburse reasonable return costs incurred by you.
Definition of Faulty Products:
Products damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
