Were is the boutique shop located?


The boutique shop is located inside F Zeen Retreat in Kefalonia, Greece. It is open for the retreat guests to visit.




What is the jewelry made out of?


We use the highest quality of materials possible. Most of the pieces are made from silver, semi-prescious crystals and pearls. Everything is 100% handmade in Greece. The silver items are made using the traditional wax mold technique. Wherever we can we source our materials from Greece.




How can I check the sizes?


We have included the sizing information of each product in the product descriptions so that you can make sure you find the item that's right for you.




How can I return or exchange items?


Please email sales@fzeenboutique.com including your order number, your name and which item/s you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm. Send us the details of the company that you will use to carry out the return (at your own cost) and send us the tracking number so that we can monitor its progress. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the item and, if everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or refund for earrings. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

How do I purchase a gift card?

My bracelet or necklace feels very tight when I slide it open or closed, why?


To prolong the life of each piece of jewelry made using waxed thread, the connection is made as tight as possible and so can be difficult to open and close the during the first times of use. This will loosen over time however and will become easier to open and close.




Can I return or exchange an item?


We accept exchanges and refunds within 30 days from the shipping date, at the cost of the customer. The item will be inspected on return, as long as it is in the condition it was sent and labels are still attached will provide you with a refund or an exchange. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept a return or exchange for earrings. For more information please see our Shipping & Returns page.
